    The breakfast was absoluteley dreadful, lacking any variety whatsoever. After twelve long days, I woudl ve hoped for some change! The spa amenities were quite unimpressive, and it was frankly shocking that staff didn't monitor the noisy guests. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, I was treated like everyone else.

    The restaurant was particularly good with 3 choices of restaurants, we ordered delicious dishes. It had panoramic views over the valley and a modern decor. The staff were all very efficient and competent. The location was best possible, right next to old town.

    The ski-in/ski-out convenience really makes life easy. You can hit the slopes right outside the door. The views from the rooms are fine, especially the mountain vistas that change with the light throughout the day.

    Housekeeping inconsistencies were an issue. I found towels not replenished and some items left untouched . The dining options needed improvement, with limited vegetarian choices leading to repetitive meals. Charging €3 per coffee pod in-room, especially for a 5-star hotel.
